Nikki Miller APRN PMHNP-BC
Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing medication management and therapy to treat a wide range of mental health concerns. My areas of expertise include treating Post Traumatic Stress and Trauma-Related Disorders. My approach to therapy includes promotion of healing through cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapy, as well as innovative evidence-based practices. With a focus on exploring lifestyle changes and skill building through therapeutic processing in conjunction with pharmacological influences. My background with SART/SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner/Sexual Assault Reponse Team) has provided me with experience that helps me aid clients in making educated choices while processing stressful, traumatic life experiences or challenging circumstances.
Through a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy we can achieve common goals. Supporting clients ability to achieve their full potential through medication management, supportive therapies, and lifestyle modifications. Creating a comfortable and safe environment with a focus on building a trusting patient centered relationship while taking into account their physical, spiritual, cultural, emotional, and social needs.

to listen to her patient’s concerns and goals to develop a personalized treatment plan to assist each patient in reaching their desired and optimal results. She is passionate
about helping others improve their health and self-confidence through various treatment plans, including but not limited to medical weight loss management, hormone
replacement therapy, neurotoxins, and micro-needling. She believes in helping patients build their self-confidence by bringing out their inner beauty. She is a dedicated professional who enjoys helping her patients achieve subtle yet noticeable changes that will allow them to amplify, enhance, and preserve their natural

Koa, our therapy dog
Therapy animals have been shown to elevate mood and decrease anxiety by providing relaxation to patients during therapy. Their presence prompts the body to release serotonin, prolactin and oxytocin. These hormones can generate relaxation, helping to reduce a patient's stress response. Leading to a decrease in symptoms of depression and sadness, helping supporting a positive experience and better mental health.
